Shipping, Reprints and Refunds
How long printing and delivery take, what shipping costs, and what happens if an order arrives wrong.

Production
Every item is printed after you order it. Printing takes 2 to 5 business days, then the order is handed to the carrier and you get a tracking link by email and on your Orders page.

The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders outside the US may owe import duties or VAT charged by the destination country.
Where it is printed
Orders are produced by our print partners (currently Printful and Printify networks) at the facility best placed to reach you, mostly in the United States and Europe.
Reprints and refunds
Because each item is made for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or a wrong size. Check the size chart before ordering.
We reprint or refund at no cost when:
- the print is damaged, misaligned, faded or peeling;
- the item is the wrong garment, color or size compared with your order;
- the print clearly differs from the preview you approved;
- the parcel is lost in transit.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We usually answer within one business day.
Order changes and cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund until it enters production, usually within 2 hours of payment. After that it is already being printed.
