Content and Copyright Policy

What we will and will not print, how we screen designs for trademarks and copyright, and how to report a design.

Last updated: 2026-11-01

VibePrint makes it easy to create original designs. It is not a way to copy someone else's work. These rules apply to everything made in the studio, every template we publish and every order we print.

We don't print

  • Trademarks and logos of brands, companies, sports teams, leagues and events, or slogans registered as apparel trademarks.
  • Characters and franchises from films, TV, games, comics, anime and books, including look-alikes meant to be recognized as them.
  • Real people by name, face or likeness without their permission, including celebrities and public figures.
  • Copied artwork, photos you don't have rights to, song lyrics and long quotes from books or films.
  • Hate, harassment, sexual content involving minors, glorification of violence or terrorism, and anything illegal where it would be made or shipped.

How we screen

  • The AI studio declines requests that name brands, characters or real people and suggests an original direction instead.
  • Templates, including the ones built from daily search trends, pass a trademark deny-list and an independent review before they are listed. Trend searches that name a person, brand, team, show or news event are skipped.
  • Orders and public designs are checked again before printing or publishing. Anything flagged is held for a human review, and we refund orders we can't print.

Your designs

You keep the rights you have in what you make. You confirm that you have the rights to anything you upload, and you allow us and our print partners to reproduce your design to fulfil your order and, if you choose to publish it, to show it on VibePrint.

Purely AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright in every country. Your own edits, words and layout usually are.

Reporting a design

If you believe a design on VibePrint infringes your rights, email [email protected] with a link to the design, a description of your work or mark, your contact details, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We remove infringing designs promptly and may close accounts of repeat infringers.
